What are the office hours?
Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
What are the access hours?
Always 24-hour access.
When can I move in?
Once you complete your rental of your storage space, you can move in anytime 24 hours/day.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
Is insurance required to store items in a storage space?
Yes, insurance is required.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% Military and Business discounts. Current military identification is required for military discounts and additional information is required for business discounts (call for details).
What is our Deployment Rate Guarantee?
We appreciate the service and sacrifices of the men and women of the U.S. Military. To show our support, we offer a 10% Military Discount to Veterans and Servicemembers (Reserves, National Guard, Texas State Guard, or Active Duty). Additionally, if you receive deployment orders, we commit to keeping your rent rate unchanged for the duration of your deployment (must present orders). You have enough to focus on while you're away—rent with us, and rest assured that your rent will remain stable during your deployment.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office such as boxes, packing tape, furniture and mattress covers, packing paper, and disc locks.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. If available, you are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay in person, over the phone, mail a check or money order, use our drop box for checks or money orders after hours, or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit/debit card monthly. At some locations, a kiosk is available for payments 24 hours/day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. This must be presented at the time of the lease. Online rentals will require a picture of the ID to be emailed to the facility prior to move in. Proof of ownership (current registration) and current insurance is required to store a vehicle, trailer, and/or boat.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24 hours/day.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
